1. Orders and ownership

Customers must complete an ­account ­application form before any orders can be fulfilled. The title of goods supplied by Bullet ­Distribution does not pass to the customer until payment is ­completed in full.

2. Payment and early settlement discount

All goods are supplied on a 30 day account basis. An early settlement discount of 2% will be honoured if payment is received within 7 days of invoice. Payment by credit cards will only be accepted if accounts are current. A minimum order value of £50 exists for credit card ­transactions. No early settlement discount applies to credit card transactions.

3. Overdue accounts

We reserve the right to withhold goods until an account is ­settled. A lower credit limit may apply to ­accounts that are repeatedly ­overdue. If solicitor’s letters are ­ignored and there is no contact from a ­customer an account passes out of our hands. Collection of ­monies with all attendant costs is to the debtors ­account.

4. Non delivery

Any queries concerning the ­delivery of goods must be made within 7 days of receipt of invoice.

5. Invoice prices

Those ruling at the time of ­despatch, subject to alteration without notice. V.A.T. is chargeable at the current rate.

6. Carriage and despatch

Orders below £150 in value will be liable to a £6 postage and packing charge.
Any orders received before ­midday are generally despatched the same day.

7. Damaged cartons

Any delivery showing any signs of damage or pilferage must be signed for as such upon receipt before any claim can be made for missing or damaged items.

8. Returns and warranties

Goods regarded as defective will be replaced (or credited) once ­inspected by Bullet Distribution and the fault agreed. Any postage costs incurred by the customer for the ­return of faulty goods (once agreed) will be refunded or credited.
